Like most things this year, holiday traditions might be a little different, but when those traditions take place outdoors we are more easily able to implement social distancing. This means the holiday spirit is alive and well in the town of Scottsboro with the 7th Annual Jingle Bell Square at the Courthouse Square planned for Saturday, Dec. 5.
Jingle All the Way
The holiday arts and crafts fair starts at 9 a.m. with music, shopping, and good old fashioned family fun! Find several vendors and food trucks to support as well as other local shops and business that are located in the area. While you are checking your list and marking off those gifts for loved ones, be sure to take a stroll around the square.
Enjoy the decked out spruces sponsored and decorated by local businesses, groups, and families on the Jingle Bell Trail. You may notice a common theme throughout the trees—you guessed it! Jingle Bells, with at least one being place on each tree.
And when you are walking about, you might even run into Santa, who will definitely be available for pictures! The fun day is topped off with Santa and horse and buggy rides around the square from 5 to 8 p.m.
